We ship our products to most worldwide locations (some exceptions may apply at our sole discretion) with Canada Post expedited parcel and Small Packet where weight permits. Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours.

- Canada: 2 to 6 business days
- USA: 2 weeks
- International: 2-6 weeks
Tracking
If you provided us with an Email address every effort will be made to send you a tracking number, which you can use at Canada Post Tracking site. The link will try to open in a new tab or new window.Unlike the courier services, Canada Post parcels and small packets provide very limited, simplistic tracking. Most of the time you will only see 'Order information received by Canada Post' and 'Item successfully delivered' status messages, specially with international shipments.
Returns
All returns will be subject to our pre-approval and issued an RMA number. Please use 'Contact Us' form to request an RMA.Please notice that there is no return on any electronic components as we have no capacity to verify that they are in the same condition as shipped.
Returns on electric motors are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All returned products must be unused and in their original shape and configuration.
The refunds will be issued after thorough examination of the items returned. Please allow us 48 hours to inspect your returned item. Every order returned to us which does not meet the above criteria will be declined.
